摘要
将静态斯托克斯粘度定律拓宽应用到新拌混凝土振动状态结构粘度系数的测试上,建立了气泡上浮法的振动粘度系数的测试理论和方法。该方法的实验结果与理论计算相吻合。同时,将其应用在滑模摊铺混凝土路面防止塌边与麻面;滑模摊铺机工作机构的工艺设计;滑模摊铺机的施工操作以及滑模摊铺混凝土路面混合料的配合比和施工工艺参数的控制上。
The method and theory for measuring the vibrated structure viscosity with air bubbles floating upward in freshly mixed concrete are put forward and widen the application of state stockes' viscosity law to measure the vibrated structure viscosity in this paper. Test Results of this method tallied well with the theory. At the same time, its application in voiding the collapse and pockmarked face of slipform concrete pavements, the technology design of working mechanism in slipform pavers, the construction operations of slipform pavers, the controlling of paving technology parameters and the proportioning of slipform concrete materials are described.
