成都地区汉族少年、儿童骨矿含量的测量

The Measurement of Radial Bone Mineral Content in Children

作者使用国产SPA-Ⅰ型骨矿分析仪测量了成都地区7～16岁汉族中、小学生498名(其中男生255名,女生243名)的桡骨骨矿含量,提出了成都地区汉族少年、儿童桡骨的g/cm骨矿含量正常值。发现不论是男生或女生的g/cm骨矿含量值均与年龄、身高和体重有十分密切的线性正相关关系,其相关系数男生分别为0.83、0.77、0.64;女生分别为0.82、0.82、0.82,而且其g/cm骨矿含量的年增长高峰均在13岁。

The bone mineral contents of radius of255 boys and 243 girls(7 to 16 year old ofthe Han nationality,living in Chengdu)were measured with Bone Mineral Ana-lyzer(Type:SPA-Ⅰ). The standard values ofg/cm was made. There was a positive cor-relation between the value in boys or girlsand chronological age, height or weight.The coefficients were respectively 0.83.0.77, 0.64 in boys and 0.82, 0.82, 0.82 ingirls (P<0.005) .At the age of 13 (in boysor in girls) the value cf the g/cm was thehighest.
