摘要
给出了从总量及直捷程度两方面评价县乡公路网布局质量的方法，给出了三个定量指标：网化度、可达性指标、迂回率。前两个指标是笔者首先定义的。笔者对理论方法在安徽省县乡公路网规划中的应用作了介绍。
A method to evalute the quality of county-township road layout is given out, the method looks into two aspects, one is construction scale, the other is the quality of linkage pattern. This paper also gives network index and a new mathematical definition of accessibility. In addition, the paper has an eye to their use in Anhui county township road planning.
