摘要
智能温度控制系统是具有自动检测、程序控制、自动打印、超限报警等功能的控制系统。系统采用研华工控机IPC-610来实现上位机监控。对6台热处理炉的温度以及各台热处理炉工作状况,进行实时过程监控,主要包括工况图显示、参数打印、曲线打印、历史数据存储及打印、报警显示。同时可以通过上位机对下位机传输工艺加热曲线。该系统控制可靠性强、控制精度高、节能效果明显,具有一定的推广价值。
Intelligent temperature control system is the control system offering functions of automatic detection, programmable control, automatic printing and cross limit alarm, etc. In the system described, Axion IPC-610 is the host computer for real-time process monitoring of temperatures and operational status of six ovens. The functions of this system include operation status display, parameters print-out, curve print-out, historical data storage and print-out, and alarm display. In addition, the heating curves of technological process can be transmitted to slave computer through host computer. The system features high reliability, accurate control, energy saving; and it is worth to be extended in applications.
