一种新型沥青疲劳试验机测控仪的研制与应用

摘要 在当前试验机领域,动态控制一直是试验机测控系统亟待解决的一个难点,现有的测控系统,难以做到高频率下的高精度控制难以满足材料试验行业的动态试验需求。针对这一难点,设计了基于MSP430的沥青疲劳试验机测控系统。系统以16位混合信号处理器MSP430F149为核心,实现频率0.1~10Hz可调,参数在线配置等功能。应用结果表明,该测量控制系统测量准确、控制精度高。 In the domain of existing testers, dynamic control is always the stick topic to be solved in measuring and control system of the tester. The concrete problems are that it is difficult to get high accuracy in high frequency, and difficult to satisfy the demands of dynamic test in material test field. To against these problems, a measuring and control system based on MSP430 for asphalt fatigue tester is designed. The system is composed of the 16-bit hybrid signal processor MSP430F149 as the core; and features 0. 1 - 10 Hz adjustable frequency, as well as on-line parameter configuration. The results of application indicate that the system is accurate in measurement and high precise in control.
