大鼠腹腔点燃性癫痫模型的建立 被引量:7

A Kinding Model of Epilepsy Induced by Intraperitoneal Injection of Coriaria Lactone in Rats

摘要 作者用阈下剂量的马桑内酯进行反复腹腔注射,造成大鼠点燃性癫痫模型,为癫痫的研究提供了一种新的实验工具。在本实验条件下,每日给大鼠1次注射马桑内酯1.25mg/kg或1.75mg/kg所建立的癫痫模型较好。 Fifty adult male Sprague-Dawley ratswere divided into five groups.Intraperi-toneal injections of various doses of cori-aria lactone (CL, 0.75, 1.25, 1.75, and 2.0mg/kg) and normal saline were given res-pectively per 2 days. The behavior of therats was observed and the ECoG wasrecorded by telemetric method. The results of experiments show thatsi kindling model of epilepsy can be estab-lished by intraperitoneal injection of CLAn rats.This chronic experimental modelis of value for application because it iseasily established and the rate of beingkindled is relatively high, but the morta-lity is low, and the kindling effect canlast well.The model can avert the patho-logical change caused by artificial injury tobrain,so it is advantageous to the researchon neurochemistry and ultrastructure. In our experimental condition, it isoptimal to select 1.25mg/kg or 1. 75mg/kgas the dosage of CL for establishingkindling model.
