文化研究视角下的派出所思想政治工作——以大连市登峰派出所为例

The Ideological and Political Work of the Police Stations from the Cultural Perspective——As an example of the Dengfeng Police Station in Dalian City

思想政治工作是一门科学,是一门做人的思想转化工作的科学。公安思想政治工作与文化建设是相互渗透、相互促进的。登峰派出所在思想政治工作中通过"十个一活动"形成了登峰文化模式。研究公安文化必须研究其文化结构、文化单位和文化力,公安思想政治工作传递与扩散的文化机理可以用文化濡化和文化播化来解释。公安思想政治工作还存在一些薄弱环节,还需要从自发零散型向组织集约型转变,实现制度化,达到文化自觉的高度,为文化中国的建设提供更多的文化"拟子"。

Ideological and political work is one kind of science that converts the thinking way of people. The ideological and political work in the public security organs infiltrates and promotes the cultural reconstruction. Dengfeng police station has developed its own cultural pattern in the activities of ＂Ten -one Project＂. To study the culture of the public security, we must research its cultural structure, cultural unit and cultural effect. The cultural mechanism that transmits and spreads the ideological and political work in the department of public security can be explained by cultural immersion and cultural broadcast. There are some weak links in the ideological and political work in the public security organs. Therefore, it should turn to intensive type from scattered and spontaneous type, and develop mechanism to realize cultural consciousness and provide more cultural ＂meme＂ for the building of Chinese culture.
