大型风电齿轮箱行星架结构分析及优化 被引量:33

摘要 随着风力发电机组向大型化发展,对齿轮箱寿命和可靠性的要求也越来越高,对风电增速箱结构件进行计算分析也显得越来越重要。文中利用CAE技术对大型风电齿轮箱行星架进行了有限元分析,探讨了行星架各截面的应力和变形规律,并进行了结构优化,以寻求质量轻、受载变形小的行星架结构设计。 Along with the development towards the large scaled wind powered generator set, the requirements become more and more high on the life-span and reliability of gearbox. It appeared more and more important as well on carrying out the calculational analysis for the structure of speed increasing gearbox of wind turbine. Finite element analysis has been carried out in this paper on the planet frame of large scaled gearbox of wind turbine by the use of CAE technology. And the structural optimization was carried out so as to seek a design of planet frame structure with lighter mass and smaller under load deformation.
