大台面短行程落料模结构分析

摘要 汽车车架的纵梁部分是由板料成形组焊而成,其中的内板、外板都需用落料模对板料进行落料,外板落料模的相对面积为4 780 mm×585 mm,模具台面较大。该种在专业设备上使用的大台面落料模,其凸凹模结构采用镶块拼接形式,双侧3向方形导柱导向。模具闭合后,工作行程4 mm,完成对3 mm厚板料的落料加工。文中针对该落料模结构设计进行了分析。 The longitudinal beam portion of automobile frame is constituted by group welding of shaped up board materials, among them all the inner and outer board would need to be processed by means of blanking die. The relative area of outer board blanking die was 4 780 mm ~ 585 mm of a rather large table-board. The struc- tures of convex die and concave mould of this kind of large tableboard blanking die used in specialty equipments adopted the piece together form of inlayed block and the guidance of three directional rectangular guiding columns on both sides.
