摘要
介绍了一种可移植内嵌式空气调节装置,对其工作原理、机械结构、控制系统进行了详细说明,并介绍了其在台式点样机器人系统中的应用。最后,对该装置存在的问题进行了讨论,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
A kind of transplantable inner embedded air regulation device was introduced. Detailed explanations have been carried out on its working principle, mechanical structures and controllingsystem and its application in the desk typed micro-arraying robotic system. Finally, a discussion was made on the existing problems of this device, and a prospection was carried out on its applicationalforeground.
