世界女子摔跤72kg高水平运动员技术特点比较研究

A Comparative Study of Technique Characteristics of World Elite Women 72kg Wrestlers

72 kg级优秀运动员王旭是我国女子摔跤队2008年奥运会备战的重点运动员,也是摔跤项目夺金的主要突破点。王旭在2004年奥运会上获得中国摔跤史上的首枚金牌。2004年奥运会后国际摔跤协会对现行规则作了大幅度的修改。新规则更加突出了站立技术的有效性和使用比例,更加鼓励积极主动地进攻,裁判员判罚的权力加大。因此,王旭面临着技战术打法的重新定位与创新。本研究拟通过对国外72 kg级高水平运动员的技术进行综合分析,提出王旭下一步备战的思路与方案。

As a main wrestler for 2008 Olympics in Chinese Wrestling Team,Wang Xu,an excellent 72kg wrestler who won first gold medal of wrestling for China in 2004 Olympics,is on the gold medal spot of wrestling for 2008.After 2004 the rules have been modified a lot by FILA,which emphases the efficiency and rate of use of standing skill more and encourages more aggressive attack.Also the power of jury becomes stronger.So Wang Xu requires re-positioning and innovation on techniques and tactics.This paper tries to do a comprehensive analysis on international elite 72kg wrestlers＇ techniques and complete Wang Xu＇s following training regime.
