摘要
目的:探讨水中健身操对强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法:将50例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为两组:对照组和水中健身操组,对照组进行药物治疗,健身操组进行健身操练习每周5次共训练12周,观察水中健身运动对schober实验、指地距、枕墙距、颌胸距等的影响。结论:水中健身操运动是一种适合于强直性脊柱炎患者的康复健身方式,对促进关节功能改善、维持脊柱生理弯曲、保持良好的胸扩活动度、防止或减轻肢体废用及肌肉萎缩、降低致残率起着重要的作用。
Objectives: to reveal the effect of underwater setting-up exercises on spondylitis ankylosans.Methods: dividing 56 the effect of underwater setting-up exercises on spondylitis ankylosans patients into two groups,control group and underwater exercises group.The control group undergoes medicine treatment and the underwater exercises group practices underwater exercises 5 times per week for 5 weeks.The effect of exercises on schober experiment,finger-ground distance,occipital-wall distance,chin-breast distance and so on are measured.Conclusions: underwater setting-up exercises is a good way of recovery for spondylitis ankylosans patients,which helps the improvement of joints,natural curve of spine,activity of thorax,preserving muscle reducing and lowering down the rate of disabled.
