摘要
探索新的、能有效提高学生专业素质、创新精神和综合能力的教学方法是田径技术教学的发展方向。主要采用实验教学法进行了短跑、背越式跳高两个项目的个案教学法与传统教学法的对比研究。结果认为:个案教学法能创设良好地教学环境,能促进师生的多向交流,有利于学生形成"心理演练",在一定程度上实现了教学最优化,更能有效提高学生的技术动作水平,有利于提高学生技术讲解、理论水平以及其它综合能力,而且技术难度大的项目,效果越明显。
Exploration of new teaching methods which can improve students' discipline ability,innovation spirits and comprehensive ability is the direction of development of athletic teaching.A comparative research between case teaching and traditional teaching on sprint and Fosbury flop by experiment.The result shows that case teaching can set up a good teaching condition,promote communications between teachers and students,and in favor of forming "psychological rehearsal" for students.It realizes teaching optimization at some extent and raises the level of students' technique.It also shows that the case teaching is favor of advancing students' comprehensive ability including explaining technique and level of theory,and the more difficult the technique is,the more obvious the effect is.
