摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法从理论和实践两个层面探讨了在2008北京奥运会的背景下体育教师队伍的变化,旨在为进一步发挥体育教师在普及奥林匹克知识、弘扬奥林匹克精神、传播奥林匹克理念中的积极作用提供一定的参考依据,通过研究得出以下结论:1)从理论视角分析,奥运会对体育教师的影响体现在:能提升体育教师的社会地位;为体育教师加强自身建设提供了千载难逢的契机;为体育教师发挥其才能提供了广阔的平台和空间;促进体育教师的国际化视野。2)从实证调查分析,2008北京奥运会对体育教师的影响表现在:体育教师的求知欲和知识结构发生了转变;将奥林匹克教育融入体育课程之中,丰富了教学内容;教学方法有所改变,更加强调了以学生为中心;体育教师的教学理念有了转变,其中观念的转变是影响要素的核心所在。
The research, based on such methods as literatures, questionnaires and interview, explored the changes of physical educators in the context of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games from the theoretical and practical perspectives in an attempt to provide certain references for physical educators' active roles in popularizing the Olympic knowledge, spreading the Olympic spirits, and disseminating the Olympic concepts. The following conclusions have been drawn: Firstly, It has been analyzed from the theoretical perspective that the impacts of the 2008 Olympic Games on physical educators were embodied by the facts that the Beijing Olympic Games would promote the social stratus of physical educators, supply the golden opportunity for physical educators' bettering themselves, provide the wide platform and space for physical educators' demonstrating their capabilities, and further physical educators' international vision. Secondly, It has been analyzed from the practical perspective that impacts of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games on physical educators were represented by the facts that physical educators' desires for knowledge and their knowledge structures have changed based on the Beijing Olympic Games, that the Olympic education has been incorporated into the physical education curriculum and enriched the teaching contents, that teaching methods have also changed accordingly into the students - centered model, and that teachers' teaching concepts, regarded as the key impact factor, have changed as well.
