短棒状菌菌苗对C57BL/6小鼠Lewis肺癌生长转移抑制及抗瘤机理的探讨

摘要 作者用短棒状菌菌苗(CP)及CP活化巨噬细胞(Mφ)与癌细胞的混合液分别给C57BL/6小鼠瘤周及皮下注射,观察对小鼠Lewis肺癌生长及转移的影响。结果表明:与对照组比较,肿瘤生长受到显著抑制(P<0.005),肺转移率显著降低(P<0.005),小鼠存活期显著延长(P<0.005),肺转移抑制率为90.5%;被动转移CP活化Mφ的实验,也表明其有很强的抑瘤效应。体外用~3H-TdR掺入试验测定活化Mφ对瘤细胞的增殖也有显著的抑制作用。 Cocrynebacterium parvum (CP) was in-jected around the tumor and tumor cellswere inoculated subcutaneously with acti-vated peritoneal macrophages. The effectson the growth and metastases of Lewislung carcinoma in C57BL/6 mice were ob-served. Experimental results indicated thatCP had significant inhibitory effect onthe tumor growth and lung metastases.The cytotoxic effects of activated peri-toneal macrophages in mice on target tumorcells (L5178Y) in vitro were studied withthe technique of ~3H--TdR assay. The prolifetation of tumor cells was markedlyinhibited by the activated peritoneal mac-rophages of CP. Experiments showed thatthe antitumor mechanism of CP was themediation via activated cytotoxic mac-rophages.These results indicated that CPis an effective immunostimulant Thesefindings will provide a scientific basis forthe clinical treatment of the primary andmetastatic lung carcinoma.
