摘要
设计并实现了基于FPGA的PWM脉冲发生器,该脉冲发生器接收由DSP根据载波移相空间矢量PWM算法计算出的占空比数据,并和多路移相载波进行实时比较,从而产生多路PWM脉冲,该脉冲发生器可以独立于DSP运行。在脉冲发生器的设计中还嵌入了串口接收器模块,接收并解析功率单元的状态及故障信息,返回给DSP读取,大大减轻了DSP处理功率单元信息的任务。最后的实验结果表明基于FPGA的脉冲发生器的设计方案不仅简化了电路的设计,提高了系统的可靠性,而且解决了各个功率单元脉冲触发同步性的问题。
This paper designs and realizes the pulse-generator based on FPGA. The pulse-generator receives the duty ratio computed by carrier phase-shifting space vector PWM from DSP,which compared with multi-channel phase-shifting carrier wave,then generates multi-channel PWM pulse,the generator can run independent from DSP.It embeds serial port receiver in the design of generator, which receives and analyzes the state and faulty information of power units which read by DSP, this alleviates the task of DSP processing the information of power units.The result of final experiment indicates the design of pulse generator based on FPGA not only simplifies the design of circuit and improves the reliability of the system,but also solves the problem of concurrent triggering among all power units.
