摘要
利用相位多普勒粒子分析仪,对两种旋流式气/液同轴喷嘴进行了模拟实验研究,获得了冷流模拟条件下和常压燃烧条件下的喷嘴雾化参数分布,以及常压下喷雾流稳定燃烧的条件,分析了该型喷嘴的常压雾化燃烧特性。同时,使用红外热像仪测量了常压条件下喷雾流燃烧的温度分布,分析了火焰结构,定性研究了喷嘴形式和工况对燃烧性能的影响。
Particular research on two kinds of gas/liquid coaxial swirling nozzle for their spray field had been done with the support of Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer (PDPA), the results of drop parameter in spray field under cold-flow-simulated, normal pressure and burning condition were acquired, and the necessary spray condition to get stably burning blaze under normal pressure was also obtained. Finally atomization performance under normal pressure and burning condition was analyzed. Meanwhile, the temperature distributions of burning spray flow under normal pressure were researched and qualitative analyzing the influence of nozzle type and working condition to combustion performance had been done.
