摘要
随着用户和业务对带宽需求的不断增加,基于以太网的无源光网络(PON)技术已经受到国内外运营商的广泛关注。本文介绍了应用于无源光网络工程的新型光纤、光缆、无源光器件以及一些新的施工工艺的原理和特点,并给出了这些新器材在近期"光进铜退"接入网建设中的应用建议。
With the rapid increasing of subscriber's bandwidth demand, passive optical network (PON) has gotten more concern from worldwide telecom operators. In the paper, new technologies and techniques of optical fiber, cable, connector and passive optical components for PON application are investigated, especially in their principle and characteristic. Oriented to the current "fiber extending & copper withdrawing" procedure, application suggestions of these new components and techniques are given based on the upper analysis.
