摘要
采用水热法制备了TiO2纳米线.测试表明,该纳米线为锐钛矿相,直径为40~80nm,长度为300~1500nm,电化学贮锂可逆容量高、循环稳定性好,显著优于同相纳米晶.
TiO2 nanowires are prepared through a hydrothermal reaction. The experimental investigations indicate that the products are anatase TiO2 nanowires with a diameter of 40 - 80 nrn and length of 300 - 1500 nm and they exhibit a high reversible charge/discharge capacity, excellent high - rate discharge capability and good cycle stability.
