低温碳热还原法合成Li3V2(PO4)3及其电化学性能 被引量:2

Synthesis of Li_3V_2(PO_4)_3 by Low Temperature Carbothermal Reduction Method and Its Electrochemical Properties

摘要 利用V2O5·nH2O湿凝胶,LiOH·H2O、NH4H2PO4和C为原料,通过低温碳热还原法合成了锂离子电池正极材料Li3V2(PO4)3。考察了不同合成温度、时间对产物晶形结构、形貌和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,当合成温度和时间分别为550℃和12h时,所合成的Li3V2(PO4)3样品属于纯的单斜晶系,且颗粒分布均匀。该样品以0.2C充放电,首次放电容量为130mAh·g-1,循环30次后容量为124mAh·g-1。 Li3V2(PO4)3 cathode material was prepared by a low temperature carbothermal reduction reaction of V2O5·nH2O hydro-gel, LiOH·H2O, NH4H2PO4 and C. The effect of reaction temperature and time on the structure, morphology and electrochemical properties was investigated. The results show that the sample synthesized at 550 ℃ for 12 h has a single monoclinie structure with homogenous distribution of particle, which derives a initial discharge capacity of 130 mAh·g^-1 at 0.2C rate, and the capacity retains 124 mAh·g^-1 after 30 cycles.
