摘要
孙口黄河大桥桥渡总体设计中的设计洪水频率、预留淤积高度、通航技术标准和跨堤方案设计等问题是黄河下游桥梁设计中带有共性的问题。在孙口黄河大桥的设计工作中,结合水工模型试验和黄河上游水利工程的实施,经过认真的设计研究和与主管部门反复协商,很好地解决了与本桥建设规模、投资效益、黄河安全有关的问题,也为以后在黄河下游建桥确定了相关的技术标准,提供了处理相同问题的经验。本文紧紧围绕上述几个问题的解决过程,结合孙口黄河大桥的桥渡总体设计予以说明。
The determination of the design flood frequency, the prediction of silt height, the navigation requirements and the scheme of crossing embankments, etc. are typical problems in the design of bridges located downstream of the Yellow Rivers. In the design of Sunkou Yellow River Bridge, such problems were solved satisfactorily by means of hydraulic model test and careful delibration of the hydraulic engineering work in the upstream of the bridge site. The problems of the scale of bridge building, the investment benefit as well as the safety of the Yellow River are solved through careful design consideration and extensive discussions with relevant authorities. This paper presents the experiences in solving these problems and the technical criteria established for the design of bridges at downstream of Yellow River.
