摘要
本试验以莎车18号、莎车1号、莎车11号、莎车9号、莎车14号五个扁桃主栽品种,进行花粉萌发试验,结果表明:莎车11号的花粉萌发率最高是21.93%,莎车14号的萌发率最低是0.78%。切取授粉后五个扁桃品种的花柱半离体培养结果表明,莎车9号的自交亲和性明显优莎车1号,莎车9号×莎车18号是较好的授粉组合。大多数杂交组合,均能从花柱中长出1根花粉管。
Shche18,shache1, shachell ,shache9,shachel4 were chosen as materials, the results of the pollen germination experimen indicated : pollen sprout rate of The Shaehel 1 was the highest, the value was 21.93%, germinations rate of the Shache 14 was the low- est, the value was 0.78% o The results of semi vitro culturing pollinated style excised from the 5 amlond variety indicated that self - compatibility of shaehe 9 was higher than that of shachel pollination combinations of Shaehe 18 × Shache 9 . The majority of cross com- bination, could outgrow 1 pollen tube from the style.
