永磁偏置混合磁轴承功放死区非线性的研究

摘要 针对功放死区非线性对磁轴承系统的影响,分析了磁轴承绕组电流过零时轴承系统不稳定的原因,给出了减小死区时间的电路,试验结果表明:这种方法消除了由死区引起的非线性所导致的磁轴承不稳定。 Aimed at the influence of the dead zone nonlinearity of power amplifier on magnetic bearing system, the causes are analyzed resulting the AMB system instable, and the electrocircuit is given to decrease the dead time. The experiment results show that this method can improve the stability of the AMB system effectively and increase the control precision.
