信息公平是近年来随着数字鸿沟研究的深入而兴起的一个研究领域。文章系统分析了信息公平现有的几种定义,在此基础之上进一步分析了信息公平产生的社会背景、技术背景和民主背景,它们共同促进了信息公平的产生。

Information Equity is a new topic following the study of digital divide. The author analyses the various definitions of information equity, and then the circumstances for realizing information equity. They are the social circumstances, technological circumstances, and democracy circumstances. All of them are needed to promote the creation of information equity.
