摘要 针对梯形波反电动势的无刷直流电动机转矩脉动较大的问题,提出了一种最优控制算法。首先从电动机模型入手,在分析了影响电磁转矩的因素之后,选择定子电流作为控制对象,然后通过适当的控制律,将最优控制应用于定子电流,以实现对转矩脉动的抑制。仿真结果表明,最优控制可以在很大的调速范围内有效地抑制转矩脉动和转速误差。算法简单且易于实现,能够满足很多高性能场合的应用要求。 Proposed a new technique of suppressing the torque ripple in brushless DC motors (BLDCM) with trapezoidal-shaped back-EMF. Starting from the model of BLDCM, analyzed the factors influencing the electromagnetic torque, and applied optimal control on the stator currents to the torque ripple minimization. Extensive simulation results proved the superiority and simplicity of the proposed method in a wide range of speed, which was suitable for some high-performance applications.
