摘要
介绍了一种基于智能功率模块的新型开关磁阻电动机功率电路。研究了智能功率模块FCAS50SN60的工作原理并设计了特有的驱动电路、自举电路和保护电路。实验结果证明此电路是一种实用的开关磁阻电动机功率电路。
A new power circuit of SRM based on SPM was introduced. Researched the SPM of Fairchild＇s FCASSOSN60 and its working principle. Designed exclusive drive circuit and bootstrap charge circuit of SPM. The result of experiment proved that the circuit based on SPM was feasible.
