基于小波包变换的信号降噪方法及转向控制故障诊断

De-noising Method Based on Wavelet Packet Transform and Application in Failure Diagnosis of Steering Control

摘要 简要介绍了汽车转向系统的工作原理,转向信号的好坏直接影响汽车行驶的安全性;同时介绍了小波包变换的基本思想,将新型小波包变换滤波器与信号重采样结合,提出了一种新的小波包降噪方法。文章研究了该方法的降噪效果,同时比较了小波包直接降噪和小波包重构滤波器的降噪效果。将该方法用于转向控制的故障诊断,结果表明,该方法能够有效识别转向控制的典型故障。 The working principle of the automobile steering system is first introduced. The quality of the signal directly impacts on the safety of the automobile. Then the basic theory of wavelet packet transform is introduced, and an improved de-noising method based on the correlativity of wavelet packet transform is presented that combined a new type of filter with re-sample of signals. The de-noising results are researched by simulated signals, and directly compared with the wavelet packet de-noising and wavelet packet-filter de-noising results in the paper .At last this new method is applied to analyze the measured signals from steering control and the result shows that this method could diagnose the failure information under strong noises.
