中国大豆异黄酮保健食品的功能和安全性研究及分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的发掘和探讨目前我国大豆异黄酮保健食品在食用剂量及保健功能等方面的特点以及可能存在的问题,为进一步完善大豆异黄酮类产品的审批提供参考和依据。方法对我国2006年底以前批准的大豆异黄酮保健食品的注册审批情况进行统计分析,了解和掌握产品审批情况,并与目前国际上有关大豆异黄酮的科学研究结果以及应用情况进行比较。结果研究发现我国大豆异黄酮保健食品共涉及9项保健功能,增加骨密度、抗氧化/延缓衰老两项功能占全部功能总数的60%。我国95%大豆异黄酮保健食品的大豆异黄酮摄入量小于126mg/d。结论我国大豆异黄酮保健食品在摄入量和功能应用方面符合现有科学研究和应用情况。 Objective To understand the characteristics of ingestion dose and health function of soy isoflavone and possible problems,and to provide reference and evidence for licensing new product.Method Data of soy isoflavone health foods authorized before 2007 were collected.Ingestion dose of soy isoflavone,the functions claimed,and other related information were analyzed.Meanwhile,research on soy isoflavone and the situation of applications abroad were reviewed to suggest that some potential functions and safety problems need to be given attention to the procedure of examination and approval.Results 9 kinds of functions were involved in all of the authorized soy isoflavone health foods.The number of increasing bone density and antioxidation function occupied approximately 60 percent of the sum of all functions.The number of products that the ingestion of soy isoflavone was below 126 mg/d approximately occupied 95 percent of all.Conclusion It was implied that the ingestion of soy isoflavone and functions of soy isoflavone health foods in China in general was accordance with international situation.In addition,there are lots of conflicting research results related to functions and safety of soy isoflavone still need to be continually observed and further explored by authority administration.
