摘要
目的了解河南省出口食品的微生物污染情况。方法对河南省2007年3月至5月期间出口食品进行了菌落总数、大肠菌群/大肠杆菌以及沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等致病菌的检测,共检验出口食品21种、356批。结果菌落总数、大肠菌群/大肠杆菌、沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等微生物指标合格率均较高,分别为97.5%,100%,98.4%和99.2%,不合格食品品种主要为速冻水饺、速冻汤圆、旅客快餐等。结论本次检测的河南省出口食品总体卫生状况比较好,但个别食品品种的卫生质量还有待于进一步提高。
Objective To understand the situation of microbiological contamination in export foods in Henan province.Method The pathogenic bacteria,such as colony count,coliform bacteria/E.coli,Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus were detected in 21 kinds of foods which exported from March to April in 2007 in Henan province.Results The qualified rates of colony count,coliform bacteria/E.coli,Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus were 97.5%,100%,98.4% and 99.2%,respectively.The unqualified foods were mainly fast-frozen dumplings,sweet dumplings,airport fast food,and so on.Conclusion The general hygienic situations of export foods in Henan could be satisfatory,whereas the qualities of some specific foods should be improved.
