摘要
随着市场对营销人才需求的增加,对人才培养模式也提出了新要求。因此,必须在现代教育观念的指导下构建新的人才培养模式,确立以市场需求为导向的职教新思想。根据对企业进行的调查表明,只有突出能力培养才能培养出具有创新意识和竞争能力的高级市场营销人才。
As the market for the increase in demand for marketing personnel, personnel training mode also proposed new requirements, therefore, must in the modem concept of education under the guidance of the establishment of a new model of personnel training, establish a market-oriented vocational education needs new ideas.
