甲状腺吸碘率抑制试验对抗甲状腺药物短疗程治疗Graves病的预后估价 被引量:1

The Evaluation of Thyroid Suppression Test in Predicting the Outcome of Graves' Disease Treated by Short-term Antithyroid Drugs

摘要 作者对115例Graves病初发患者,于6个月他巴唑短疗程结束时作甲状腺吸碘率抑制试验,并随访观察1年。结果表明:以抑制率30%预测复发与缓解,比传统的抑制率50%(或45%),或服T_3后第二次吸碘率<25%的标准更好,且第6小时抑制率可代替24小时抑制率,其敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为75.8%、75.0%和75.4%,并可节省时间、方便病人。 One hundred and fifteen new patientswith Graves' hyperthyroidism werereceived thyroid suppression test after ce-ssation of 6 month course of drug thera-py. The results of follow up for another12 menths were that one of them hadlost, 48 cases were in remission, and 66cases had relapsed. The present stody shows that thyroidsuppression test, including the 4th, 6thand 24th hour suppression rates, is usefulin predicting the outcome of drug therapy.The effect of 6th hour suppression rateis better than that of 24th and and 4thhours, with 76.8% sensitivity, 75.0% speci-ficity and 75.4% accuracy when 30% ofthyroid suppression rate is as out--offpoint which is decided by ROC curve. It issuggested that 6 hour 30% suppression rateis better than the traditional 24hour 50%suppression rate in the prediction ofoutcome of drug therapy.
