脂蛋白(a)与不稳定型心绞痛的关系及他汀类药物对其影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨血浆脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]与不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的关系及他汀类药物对Lp(a)的影响。方法测定364例UA患者、114例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者及115例健康正常对照者的血Lp(a)水平;患者进行为期约6个月的随访,根据Lp(a)的水平分为两组(A组≥300 mg.L-1,B组<300 mg.L-1),随访各组心脏终点事件及冠脉病变新进展的发生率,所有患者予以他汀类常规剂量治疗。结果UA组Lp(a)浓度显著高于对照组及SAP组(中位数为151.2/56 mg.L-1,P<0.01;151.2/70.4 mg.L-1,P<0.01);A组心脏主要终点事件及冠脉病变新进展发生率显著高于B组(28.7%和8.8%,P<0.01;25.0%和10.1%,P<0.05)。他汀类药物能有效降低Lp(a)的水平(P<0.01)。结论Lp(a)与UA的关系密切,而他汀类药物能降低Lp(a)。
