摘要
柳钢2号2000m3高炉设计采用了目前大型高炉较少采用的厚壁炉衬结构,炉腰、炉身下部采用了钢冷却壁与铜冷却板结合的板壁结合长寿冷却结构,在大高炉上采用紧凑Ⅱ型无料钟炉顶,球式热风炉,煤气干法布袋除尘以及有特色的环保冷水渣处理等技术。
No.2 Blast Furnace of 2000m^3 in Liugang was designed with the uncommon thick-wall liner construction for large capacity blast furnace, its barrel and the lower stack adopt the long campaign cooling construction featuring the steel stave combined with the copper cooling plate, and this large blast furnace adopts some technologies, such as the compact Ⅱ type of bell-less top, the pebble stove, dry bag dust removal for gas and the characteristic cooling granulating slag disposal.
