叙述柳钢在招投标时使用清单报价的实践,及其与使用定额报价招标的区别,提出推广应用清单报价的建议。
The practice of account quoting used in project bidding in Liugang, the differences between account quoting and quota quoting were elaborated, and the suggestion for popularizing the account quoting was put forward.
