击实特性对乳化沥青混合料影响的研究

Research of Compaction Characteristics Impacting on Emulsion Mix

通过对乳化沥青混合料失水率、试件成型高度、马歇尔稳定度等指标的试验与分析,击实特性对混合料的性能有较大影响。击实影响乳化沥青混合料中水的排出,影响混合料的密实度和强度。击实标准越高,混合料挤出的水份越多,愈密实,强度愈高。同一击实标准,二次击实的效果优于一次击实的效果。

Compaction has a significant effect on emulsion mix performance through analyzing and testing the water losing ratio,the height and the Marshall stability of the specimen,Compaction influences the drainage,density and strength of the mix.When increasing the compaction standard,the emulsion mixture will drainage more water,the density and strength also increase.Twice times compaction is better than once.
