"建设一流银行,需要一流人才",中国工商银行一直以来对全行员工的教育培训工作极为重视,特别是股改上市后,面对国内外新的经济形势,教育培训工作的重要性日益彰显。在第24个教师节来临之际,总行教育部在京召开了中国工商银行2008年教师节座谈会。本刊专题报道了工商银行副行长牛锡明在此次会议上的讲话摘要,整理了部分与会代表的主要观点,并于会后专访了教育部总经理王云桂,同时刊载了长春金融研修学院常务副院长李春满、杭州金融研修学院常务副院长所向东关于工商银行教育培训工作的思考。

In this issue, we present the report on the ICBC 2008 Teacher's Day Conversazione, in which Mr. Niu Ximing, vice president of ICBC, gave his speech, and the delegates expressed their views. We also included the interview with Wang Yungui, general manager of ICBC Staff Training Department, and the thoughts on staff's education and training from Li Chunman and Suo Xiangdong, who are executive vice presidents from Changchun and Hangzhou Financial Research Institutes.
