推动欧洲经济和政治一体化进程构成了欧盟教育政策的核心价值目标。欧洲一体化建设的历史表明,欧盟的教育决策将不可避免地遭遇"一体与多元"的冲突和协调问题,而竞争、合作和参与应成为欧盟教育政策的最终落脚点。
Promoting the process of European economic and political integration composes the central value aims of European Union education policy. In the meantime,the history of European integration indicates that educational decision would encounter the issue of conflict and coordination in view of "oneness and diversity'. Competition,cooperation and participation should be the final end-result of European Union education policy.
