摘要
专业发展学校是美国教师教育的突破口和新动力,自20世纪80年代兴起以来,在美国得到了快速发展。美国专业发展学校在发展过程中显现出几个明显特点,透视其办学特点和成功经验,可以对我国教师教育发展有所启示。
Professional Development Schools are breach and new driving force of teacher education in America,and they have been developing very fast since the 1980s. Professional Development Schools have shown some obvious characteristics in the course of their development. Making a comprehensive survey of their characteristics and useful experience will bring some enlightenment to our country＇s teacher education.
