通过试验研究和理论分析，对电刷镀层的形成、强化机理以及工艺参数对镀层质量的影响进行了阐述，并找出了用于强化和修复不同交通运输机械零部件的刷镀材料和工艺。对已刷镀强化，修复的各类零部件的跟踪调查表明，这种强化，修复工艺是可靠、经济的。

This paper discusses the forming and strengthening mechanism of electric brush plating layer, and the influence of technology parameters to layer quality. Through experiment research, electric bruch plating materials and technology which can be used to strengthen and repair different engineering machine parts are found. The tracing investigations to various engineering machine parts which had been strengthened and repaired by electric brush plating technology proves that this rind of strengthening and repairing technology is reliable and economical.
