摘要
应用优化论的有关理论分析和研究了收费高速公路在存在竞争线路条件下最佳交通量分配、最优收费费率确定的几个重要问题。并同时对国内一条有代表性的高速公路最优收费费率的确定进行了案例分析。
Based on the optimum theory, this paper analyzes and studies toll freeway's optimum toll policy under an alternate route. And a case study is analyzed.
