用单管微电极拉制器制备多管玻璃微电极

摘要 本文介绍一种拉制多管玻璃微电极的方法及其使用。包括:手工制作多管玻璃微电极毛坯,单管微电极拉制器上拔尖,显微镜下触尖,充灌。本法简便易行,有推广应用的价值。 The article presents a method ofmaking multibarrel microelectrodes. Themain processes are;washing and cleaningthe micropipettes with concertrate H_2SO_4and concentrate H_2NO_3; assembling sevenbarrels of micropipette with 502 adhesive;Pulling the multibend micropipette on al-cohol blast burner by hand;then pullingof the multibarrel microelectrode on a mi-croelectrode puller; selecting the parame-ters of pulling to control the tip diameterof the electrode to be 1-2μm ; breaking thetip to the desired diameter under a micro-scope ; finally filling drug solution intothe microeleotrode with microsyringe,usually the resistance of the central re-cording electrode filled with 3 mol/L NaClis about 10 MΩ. Such a method of makingmultibarrel microelectrode is simple andpractical. The multibarrle microelectrodemanufactured by this method works well.
