摘要
对中山大学附属第一医院院本部1998～2007年10年的平均住院日、病床周转次数等指标进行了分析对比,发现采取以平均住院日为目标的管理责任制可有效地缩短平均住院日。介绍了该院在缩短平均住院日的管理措施。
Based on the data of average length of stay and turnover rates of hospital beds in affiliated the 1st hospital of SunYat Sen university in 1998-2007, hospital management targeting by average length of stay could shorten average of stayeffectively. Measures for shortening average length of stay were introduced.
