标准化病案模拟在急救护理实验教学改革中的应用

随着医学模式和现代整体护理模式的转变,对护士的专业操作技能、创新能力、独立应对能力、学习能力等综合职业能力的要求越来越高。急救护理学是培养护生综合职业能力的一门重要的护理专业课程,天津医科大学护理学院一向注重急救护理实验教学的开展,在传统教学的基础上,不断改进教学方法,根据标准临床病案设计急救护理预案,综合应用各项急救护理技术,充分利用ECS等高端医学模型进行模拟演练、培训,增强了学生的综合急救技能和创新能力。

With the development of medicine model and modern holistic nursing model, requires on nursing total professionalcapacity such as professional nursing skill, innovation, independent reply ability and learn capacity were higher and higher.Emergency nursing was an important course for promoting nurse＇s total professional capacity. Based on the former trainingmethods, medical record simulation model was applied. It used emergency nursing skill comprehensively and exercised by ECS,total emergency skill and innovation capacity of nursing students were improved.
