摘要
采用微机Apple Ⅱ建立了血液流变学数据库,以覆盖技术解决内存不足,并有输入、查询、打印调动、更改及删除等管理功能,该库以分页贮存方式存入了粘度、粘弹性及触变性等20多项血液流变学指标。并配有单项统计、一元线性和非线性回归、t检验、多元线性回归、聚类分析等常见医学数理统计方法,并准备通过血液流变学指标建立定量诊断疾病的方法。
This hemorheological data be wasestablished with an Apple Ⅱ computer.The covering technique was applied todeal with its lacks of memories. Thisdata base had a mutual administrationsystem and complete managing functionsincl uding inputting, inquiring, printing,transferring,revising functions and so on.More than twenty hemorheological para-meters involving apparent viscosities ofwhole human blood, plasma viscosity,viscoelasticity and thixotropy indices.weres aved in the way of paging mode. Meanwhile.this data base had a com-mon mathematical statistics system in re-cently medical use.It included monovari-able linear and nonlinear regressions. t-test.multiple linear regression,cluster analysisetc. Therefore, tnis data base can beconveniently utilized to analyze thehemorheological data comprehensively. Besides the establishment of normalhemorheological indices. this date baseequipped a primary method of quantitativedia gnosis through hemorheological indices,it gave a new method to diagnose somediseases and to observe their curingprocess.
