针对我国当前的经济发展和失业状况的实际,从宏观上调控和管理失业,拟采取的宏观经济政策是:实行高新技术产业和劳动密集型产业并重的产业政策;鼓励多种所有制,尤其是非公经济的发展,大力发展中小企业和第三产业;充分发挥财政、金融、税收等宏观经济政策在促进就业中的作用。

Macro Economic policies to control and manage unemployment are considered to be.adopted on the basis of economic situation this year in China. The policies include attaching importance on both Hitech and labor-intensive industries, encouraging multi-ownership, especially non-public ones, vigorously developing MSEs and Third Industry, and taking full advantage of finacial and tax policiesto promote eraployment.
