摘要
作者根据Jordanoglou提出的在FVC-t曲线上,每10%FVC段可考虑为线性的原则,推导出简便公式:MTT_P=0.1FVC/2V_P,对MTT_P进行计算,并命名为“简易计算法”。用该法计算高、中、低肺容积处的MTT_P分别为:MTT_(20~30%)=0.1FVC/2V_(75)、MTT_(45~55%)=0.1FVC/2V_(50)、MTT_(70~80%)=0.1FVC/2V_(25)。用此法测定正常儿童青少年628例的MTT_P结果与“直接法”比较,无显著性差异。建立以年龄为自变量的回归方程,相关良好。此法简便易行,有利于推广使用。
According to the principle of linearcharacter of each 10% FVC segment onthe FVC-t curve proposed by Jordanoglou.the slope of each segment is nearly equalto 0.1 FVC/2 MTT_p. Then MTT_p ≈0. 1 FVC/2?_p. The calculations of MTT_p at high,middle and low lung volumes are MTT_(20-30%) =0. 1 FVC/2?_(75), MTT_(45-55%) = 0.1 FVC /2?_(?0), and MTT_(70-80%)= 0.1 FVC/2 ?_(25)·The MTT_p of 628 cases of normal childrenand adolescents aged 6--19 yr. was meas-ured by this method. In comparison withthe direct method,the results showed thatthere was no significant differencebetween the 2 methods. The regressionequations built with age as an indepein-dent variable showed a good correlation.Obviously, this method is easilyperformed,and is suitable for the wide useof MTT_p.
