有氧运动对胰岛素抵抗大鼠骨骼肌组织PTP1B表达的影响

Effects of Aerobic Exercise on the Expression of Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase 1B in the Muscle of Rat with Insulin Resistance

摘要 选用健康雄性SD大鼠,在高脂饮食诱导胰岛素抵抗的基础上,观察有氧运动对大鼠骨骼肌组织中蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B(PTP1B)表达的影响.结果表明,有氧运动能够降低胰岛素抵抗大鼠骨骼肌组织中PTP1B表达,从而改善胰岛素抵抗水平. Thirty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups to investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on the expression of protein tyrosine phosphatase(PTP)lB in the muscle of insulin resistant rats induced by high fat diet. The result showed that aerobic exercise can reduce insulin resistance in skeletal muscle tissue PTP1B expression, thereby improving the level of insulin resistance.
