The Community out of the Society——The Investigation of the Illegal Chinese-Vietnamese Cross-border Marriage in Tiandeng County, Guangxi

本文主要通过在广西天等县进行中越跨境非法婚姻的田野调查，揭示了中越边境地区跨境非法婚姻的现状。并分析了产生中越跨境非法婚姻的原因。在此基础上，对关于逐步解决越南新娘婚姻的合法化及其身份问题，以及如何消除跨境非法婚姻中的负面影响提出一些建议。

Through mainly the fieldwork concerning the illegal Chinese-Vietnamese cross-border marriage in Tiandeng county, Guangxi, this paper delineates the present condition of the illegal cross-border marriage along the Chinese--Vietnamese border, analyzing the reasons that bring about the illegal cross-border marriage and related crimes, then put forward some proposals on solving progressively the problem how to legalize the illegal marriage, and how to remove the negative influence of the illegal cross-border marriage.
