Perspective of European Nationalstaat and Theory of Communicative Action:Jürgen Habermas' Nationalstaat Theory

哈贝马斯《公民身份和民族认同》一文,集中表达了哈贝马斯对民族国家理论问题的理解,哈贝马斯对欧洲民族国家演变中自身内在矛盾,以及在东欧剧变、欧共体的成长发展、欧洲移民潮这些重大事件中欧洲民族国家自身所暴露的一系列矛盾作了深刻的、概念上的剖析。在对欧洲民族国家问题的思考中贯穿着哈贝马斯交往理论,哈贝马斯在对资本主义民主寻找规范论证中也推进了其交往理论。

The article ＂Citizenship and National Identity＂ is a collection of Habermas＇ understanding of the Nationalstaat Theory, in which Habermas makes an in-depth and conceptual analysis of the inner contradiction of European Nationalstaat＇ s evolution and development and a series of contradictions of European nation-states exposed in some important events such as the radical change of Eastern Europe, EC ＇ s growth and development, the wave of European immigration. Habermas＇ thoughts on Nationalstaat run through his theory of communicative action and he also gives impetus to this theory during seeking standard argumentation of capitalist democracy.
