摘要
关于技术进步对服务业的影响,存在着两种不同的观点,一种观点认为服务业的特性决定技术进步对服务业来说没有发挥作用的空间;另一种观点则认为技术进步正是克服服务业生产率水平低下的有效途径。本文实证研究表明,技术进步对中国服务业增长起着重要的作用,技术进步是服务业增长的主要源泉。同时,中国服务业技术进步处于较低的水平,制约了中国服务业生产率的提高。应通过加速发展现代服务业,改造传统服务业,加大服务业人力资本投入等措施来提高服务业技术进步水平。
In terms of the role of technological progress in the growth of China＇s service industry, there are two different views. Some argue that technological progress doesn＇ t play an important role in service industry as a result of the characteristics of the industry. The alternative view is that technological progress is an effective way to improve productivity in service industry. In this paper, empirical research shows that technological progress has played an important part in the growth of China＇s service industry and is the main source of growth in service industry. However, technological progress of China＇s service industry is at a relatively low level, which restricts the increase in productivity. To improve the level of technological progress, we should speed up the development of modern service industry and transformation of traditional services, and increase investment in human resources.
